International Trombone Week 2015!

Grab your pBone and celebrate International Trombone Week 2015!

International Trombone Week is fast approaching. Across the week of 12th-19th April 2015, trombonists everywhere are encouraged to grab their trombone (or pBone!) and join in the celebrations across the world.

International Trombone Week, organised by the International Trombone Association, celebrates players of all ages and abilities with both virtual and local events. Previous year’s events were held in more than a dozen countries and have included Trombone Days, live web streams of performances, premieres of new compositions, recitals and even a wedding!

pBone believes that learning to play the trombone is a life-enhancing experience, and we are dedicated to increasing access to this experience for all players. pBone is robust, light and ergonomic – bringing fun and ease to brass learning.

Thinking of getting involved with your pBone? Share your photos and videos with us on our Facebook and Twitter pages, and you might appear in our monthly newsletter!

Our education team have great experience as teachers, tutors and managers in music education. They regularly hold outreach projects and workshops across the globe, bringing hands-on experience of trombone learning to hundreds of people. We actively support music education here at pBone, so please contact us: education@pbone.co.uk to see how we can support you.
