There are not many things that can go wrong with pInstruments but if you have lost or damaged a part of your instrument, you can now order spares from our online store.
Spares are available across our pInstrument range. Our store is hosted on the Warwick Music Publishing site. Here's a simple how-to guide to buying pInstrument spare parts:
- You can access the store from the Buy Spare Parts page on our website.
- Click "Add to cart" on the spare part and a pop-up will take you to the shopping cart.
- Click the green "Add to cart" button on the pop-up. For products with variants, select the type of product from the drop-down, such as the size of the mouthpiece or the colour of the slide.
- At the checkout, you can edit the number of quantities if you want to buy more than one part.
- If you want to purchase another product as part of your order, head back to the store and add your products as before. The cart should show any products that you've added to your cart.
- At the checkout, you can quickly complete your order using Apple Pay, or fill in your card details in the boxes provided.
- When all of the information is filled out, click "Continue" and your pInstrument Spare Parts order is complete!
